The production and consumption of energy have social, economic, and environmental implications that are influenced by available resources and the choices we make. In this interactive new exhibition, plug in to practical tips to reduce energy consumption, and pledge your action to better conserve energy. Produce you own electricity with the Museum's human hamster wheel, and interact with a map of Canada where major sources of energy are produced. You’ll be shocked to discover that one producer of energy is the Museum’s electric eel. Contribute to a country-wide discussion on energy production and consumption in Canada and their effects on the environment and on our quality of life at energy.technomuses.ca
