Beginner HTML5 & CSS3 Developer Course (2-Days)

Who is this course for?
  • You should have taken the HTML & CSS Course. Or, you are familiar with the material taught in the HTML & CSS Course.
  • Students would have knowledge of the internet and can use a web browser.
  • This course is for those who want to learn the best-practice HTML5 and CSS3 and those who want a solid, reliable reference.
Course Prospectus:
  • Day 1: Overview of HTML5 & CSS3. You will spend the day getting introduced to HTML5 & CSS3 techniques. You will cover: Improved user interface, embedding audio and video, working with shadows and gradients.
  • Day 2: Build a Site. You will spend the day Building your first HTML & CSS web-site.
What do I need?
  • Any laptop with a web browser!
  • A text editor. We suggest TextMate or Coda for Mac users and Notebook++ for PC users.
  • We can and will provide Laptops for those that require one at no charge.
Registration includes:
  • Beverages and snacks, in the AM and PM
  • A binder with all the printed material
  • All the example source code to refer back to later
  • eBook
  • Internet connectivity and power during the course
